Rapid prototyping is a fast and cost effective solution to obtain 3D models of
a project, ideal for viewing early design and concept models, functional
testing, or producing quality finished parts.
Models are built using 3DSystems liquid polymer multi-jet-modeling
technology, where a guided extrusion head deposits microdrops of acrylic
plastic and instant UV cured. Once the build is completed, the part is placed in a solution for hands-free, melt-away removal of the support material with
no damage to delicate features.
The end result is a superior product with high strength and durability, which can be sanded, milled, drilled, glued, painted, plated, etc.

Material Selection
A range of VisiJet acrylic plastic materials are available:
Visijet EX200 – material simulates the feel and appearance of real plastic for demanding modeling and functional testing.
Visijet SR200 – material for economical production, available in a range of colors.
Visijet HR200 – special purpose material for fine feature detail.
Finishing
Standard – removal of support material and surface cleaning.
Premium – additional options, including our color finishing service. Available on request.

Step 2. Our Engineer will contact you to select material and finishing options.
Step 3. Confirm the order and your part will be shipped within 3 to 5 days.
If you don’t have a 3D drawing of your part, we can provide a 3D CAD service for an additional fee.
